Long is how far we travel
which is the distance of life we seek.
Deep thoughts flow through our mind
like cracks in concrete.
Secrets we keep away from human
lives but we tell the deceased.
Our soul depends on the brain to use
the eye sight to see every day.
Stop and say hey…
Speak yo’ mind as your mind speaks to you
on what you think as in comes to mind.
It sneaks up from behind…
no sound…
earth bound gravity pull…
breaks rules…
snatches jewels with its crooked ways.
