Bones and blood
Breaks and cuts.
Our, oh so, fragile vessels
Burning up from
Our true selves.

The fading of the body,
A very depressing time.
We live on in a new one,
Celebrated with showers.

Attaching ourselves to false gods.
Becoming our hated protectors.
Trying to redeem ourselves,
To make our true creator proud,
But only falling flat.

We try to win
We crumble.
So many chances
To start over.

A new vessel,
A new life.
The light
That we truly are
Born to do
What is right,
But we fail at
Our mission.

No matter of great worry
We succeed to hurt
And fail to heal.
Someday the light
We were born with
Will break free from
The hurt.

Existing without
Our futile vessels.
Exceeding our true nature
Of inflicting so much pain.

We may be soldiers
But we are kind at heart.
The light will take away
The power to
Hurt.

Only when
You surrender to the light
And let it shine through
Will we promise
To help you.

I was thinking about how we all have something amazing inside of us and how we can all be great people, but we have to get rid of the bad things we do before we can reach that goal.
