so casual in your everyday lies
wishing me away in all their ties
twisting me up until I'm knotted for good
A tangled truth like I knew you would
sometimes wishing it'd all just go away
I'd wake up one morning and you'd no longer stay
suppose I knew what you were really about
are you afraid of a tear are you afraid of a shout
it scares me sometimes how much I care
I cry all the time but try not to share
that you are the one person who I want to see
that all I really want is for you to love me.
