never giving up

No one understands me,
No one sees the pain in my eyes.
I try to find the answers,
but nothing comes out but a shallow cry.
Years and years roll by, and nothing is changing, I know I've betrayed you and that's why I keep on praying.
Hoping one day you'll see,
that I'm doing all that I can.
I'm not afraid of trying, not afraid of falling down.
Ill just get back up on my own two feet, show this you that there's more to me. I will never give up, I will be strong enough. And in the end, it'll be okay, because I am me.
