How have we lost such interest
in the very thing that got us here?
Imagination sparked as we left for the moon
children watched as their dreams materialized;
children today watch as their dreams are crushed
by shunning their imaginative thinking
and replacing it with cliche ideas of life
told they must join the cycle
start a profession that requires no thought
If we have any hope to remain explorers
we must reignite the flame of adventure
