An Eve
Once upon a lost tomorrow
Lay the small ones drenched in sorrow
Without the comfort of eternal rest
They had fallen broken, left to guess
“Who said death can’t end souls as well?
And how much longer do we wait for hell?”
As their thoughts turns from grey to black, their bodies slowly began to crack
And with each shattered thought of repent, they realized time stole all they had spent
So the final question before their eyes bleed blue, is what’s the difference between them and you?
