Every summer has a story of secrets, friends and love,
The sun kisses the faces of the ones who adore.
The ocean breeze passes through my hair, whispering to me;
Love him like no other.

Walking along the shoreline, listening to the crash of the waves,
Warm sand fills the space between my toes like the hand of the one I love.
The sunlight shines down and the whole world is bright,
The hot sensation of summer floods my mind, relaxing every bone in my body.

Laughter and shouts fill the air,
Spending the summer days together without a care.
My heart beats in my chest like a child pounding a drum,
Our love dances around like evening fireflies.

As the hot summer days come to an end,
Turn into memories, the bright sky fades.
Laughter lessens and smiles begin to disappear,
Autumn adrift comes in with an unsteady hand.
