Cry baby, cry
Let your tears lightly fall down.
Though you may feel insecure, it is okay to be vulnerable now.

All you can do is hope and pray
for the best.
The results are in His hands,
so for now you must let it rest.

Your tears show your love,
how much you legitimately care.

What you really fear is loss.
You will try to avoid it all means cost,

even if you know it will hurt you
more in the end.

You never want to lose that special, incomparable friend.
So when the tears are coming down, and all you can do is tremble and frown,
when your stomach has flipped,
and your heart feels as if it is slowly being rigorously chipped away at,
just keep in mind...
you can cry.

However, in the end it is up to
Him.

Cry baby, cry

The author's comments:
This was a late night/ early morning poem. These are what I believe are the best, because at that time of day it is ALL about the emotion behind the poem, and not the grammar or structure or spelling, etc.
This was inspired by a hard time I was going through with another person, where neither of us really had complete control of the situation. This poem was written to comfort them, and let them know everything would be okay.
