Failure is not an option
Failure is not an option
Robert Stempien
He stairs at the muddy ground,
Unable to get up,
Laying defeated in a heap,
Unmotivated, done,
He could smell blood and taste its irony soup,
The whole world was spinning around him,
He could hear the blood thirsty chants of people gathered around him.
What’s the point?
Everything is stacked against him,
Like a mountain of trash over his house,
Nothing ever goes right,
Everyone beats him down,
On the ground, like a bug,
He’s lost his fight,
He looks up at the man who started this,
Who smashes him down,
Who knocked him down,,
Who stole everything,
he fell to his death,
Defeated all is lost
