"Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing." -Benjamin Franklin

When the sky had fallen
And the Earth sang out loud with cries,
An angel talked to me.
I can give you victory and triumph;
You’ll never have to worry.
Paradise is what your life will be,
But you’ll be stuck with a white piece of paper all your
life
I looked up.

When the skies were green
And the grass was blue,
The ferocious beast came to me.
Come with me creature of the East;
I’ll teach you what life is about.
We crossed a path full of snakes
And a river of blood.
Your prize you’ll get after the challenge has been made
An apple

Oh my dear,
Don’t let them lead me
To the ocean of fear.

The author's comments:
This poem was inspired by Robert Frost's, "The Road Not Taken." It is about making decisions which are both good and bad. I hope that everyone can learn that it doesn't matter what you pick as long as you are not attracted by fear.

life goes on, with you or without you.

this is really good, i think the formatting could use some improvement and the wording could be a little stronger but you have a wonderful, crisp idea and a very siple but compelling flow. keep it up, id like to see more.

“look up towards the skies and you'll realize that love is mightier than hate and death is none other than the start of a new adventure.”

This is a beautiful peace of work, and I love it! It is simple yet complex, and deep at the same time.

Emotions are words and words are sometimes emotions.

What a descriptive piece of poetry with quite vivid images. I think Robert Frost would be very proud, Francheska!
