She lies still as death under her argyle comforter.
He’s sprawled out on his old, royal blue blanket.

She has her clothes laid out, neatly, for the next day.
He has his clothes scattered all over the floor.

She’s a yo-yo, wound tightly.
He’s a string, loose and carefree.

She’s a girl.
He’s a boy.

However,

She came out first,
He followed quickly.

She listens to country music,
While he plays guitar.

She watches TV with the dog,
He plays video games with it.

She drums on the steering wheel in the car,

He plays air guitar in the passenger seat.
