I follow you around all day
You don’t even notice me
When the sun goes down
I vanish, don’t you see?
Sometimes I run to catch up with you
But it seems you just slip out of my grip
I often wonder, when I fall
Do you also trip?
So I guess we’ll be together, night and day
Because although we are so close, we are so far away
