Knock Knock

Hi, Do you remember me
We sat next next to each other in Science Class
I was your science partner
Remember when we we're suppose to be working on the project?
You left me to do all the work
But it was ok because I liked you
Even if you didn't do any work
I let you put your name on it

Knock Knock

Hey, it's me again
I use to have a locker next to yours
I was the one with a pink interior
And kept my locker all neat
You complained me and asked me to fix yours
Since you played sports, I added a basketball hoop on the door
And made the interior blue and white with stars
But then you just used it to impress all the other girls
But i didn't say anything
Even when you didn't give me credit

It was Valentine's Day, and gave you a card
You didn't know it was me
You read it while walking down the hall
And I saw you smile
But you gave to the popular girl
With the curls and big brown eyes

When we had final exams
You knew you were going to failure
You said your step dad was hard you
And threatened to send you to military school
So I let you cheat on the test
Because you didn't want to study with me
You got a passing grade but I ended up failing
I fall asleep during the test bec

When prom came around
I wore the best dress
A red dress with ruffles,
My grandmother made it herself
Your girlfriend said I looked like a Disney princess
I thought you were cute
I thought you were nice
Your the opposite

Knock Knock

I was sitting at prom all by my self
I watched you dance with your girlfriend
You looked like you were having fun
I felt terrible about myself
Cause I was trying to impress you

A boy walked up to me
Asked me to dance
He offered my hand and I took it
So I wasn't alone that night
I found it ironic when I saw your girlfriend throw punch in your face
spared cake all over black suit
And stormed out

Now you were alone at prom
And broken hearted

Knock Knock

It's been years since I've seen you
I saw you though
You have your own band now, that's cool
I saw you at the café and you noticed me
We sat down, chatted, laughed at old memories
And then you asked me if i was married

I told you, I had two kids, a boy and girl
You looked surprised
You looked even hurt
Then you told me
You liked me
And was just too scared

I found that funny
I knocked on your door for a long time
And never heard you knock once
Maybe you were knocking to soft
And I couldn't hear
But I know I knocked hard enough
