A velvet blanket
Wrapping fluidly around
Your body, with
Coiling tendrils reaching
For the extremes
Of your limbs,
Deftly weaving in
And out of
Your fingers, toes,
Weaving between your
Arms and legs,
Soft as silk
And porcelain smooth,
Milky white, protecting
Your vitals and
Encasing your soul.
