Jingling bells, Sparkling lights, Nutcrackers with swords and Snowman fights I never knew what Christmas meant to me.

Gingerbreads sweet and delightful taste the melting sugar never could go to waste who ever knew what Christmas could mean to me?

Drummer Boys drumming beat, Drinking hot cocoa by the fire warming my feet. How do I know what Christmas means to me?

Children sledding down hills having a blast, The Christmas time and spirit should never go past.

The Christmas carols music notes in the air, White powdery snow falling in my hair.

Time for bed now children shut your eyes or Santa wont come, The group of Drumming boys stop drumming on their drum.

Children all in their bed tight and snug, dreaming of the baby dolls, fake snakes and bus...

I head down the stairs and out of my sight, I see a jingling bell sparkling in Christmas light.

Santa was here he told me go to bed There is nothing to see, Thank you for the cookies and milk, you've been a good one this year... there is a Christmas meaning from you to me.

Thanks for reading my poem! I hope you enjoy hearing about the holidays as much as I love writing about them! I find a expression in writing about the seasons just as I do being involved with them! Thank you to all TeenInk members and staff for letting me show my writing!! Have a happy Holiday!
