"The truth does not change with ones ability to stomach it." Flannery O'Connor

As darkness takes my thoughts and a crushing weight falls on my heart smothering me, blinding me. One was not meant to try and see through darkness and tears alone, but I know in my heavy heart that the light rips through the despair and the hope shall turn into victory, for there is always hope! All dark will eventually pass and the bonds dragging behind me shouting failure! They will be cut from my wrists and ankles and I will run free and spread a new beauty upon the world. I will learn true freedom and I will laugh at those who laughed at the song the bird sang in his cage. Freedom! Freedom from fear, freedom from hate, freedom from lust, Freedom from vengeance, and freedom from all that cripples love. Yes true freedom I say to you all! Despair and evil will not last, but hope and love will come and wash our wounds and wipe our tears and we will smile and say I know what it means to be free, for someday I will see the sun rise ever high, the light will shine ever brighter and my heart will soar again.
