Green and Black Eyes

Those leaves of radiance.
So much lenience.
So colorful and majestic.
Flaunting, so fantastic.
These fine things stopped.
Stopped when they came to me.
Their gaze, my stomach flopped.
No idea what I was getting into.
No idea they would be gone with one screw.
That once you left these eyes went out.
My legs trembling, lips wanting to shout.
You want me to go on.
But the truth is gone.
Faded.
The light shaded.
My heart has tried.
Tried to adjust to these different eyes.
Wanting and having cried.
For you are not any of these flies.
The eyes made of black.
Made of lies.
All I want is to curl up in an old shack.
Hope that fate will come.
Come and take me.
Take me to you.
To your warmth and passion.
I cannot take any more eyes.
Any more lies.
Flies.
I need my butterfly back.
My beautiful creature.
To hold me and love.
I need those leaves.
Those two things full of life.
Before I do something mistakable.
Before I use this knife.
