Drifting
It's sad when you're losing somebody...
It's like you can physically feel them floating away,
but you can't do anything about it.
The tension of their pull, yanks at your heart threatening to rip it in half.
You try and hold onto the strings,
Hold on until they blister and bleed,
To try from losing them.
They keep pulling,
You keep holding;
It never ends.
You keep suffering.
How long will it take, to realize that all you need to do is cut the strings?
