Dark as Night
In the dark of night,
The tension grows.
The inevitable.
Nothing can save you, not blades, nor bows.
Not anything at all,
Not even your prayers,
So just prepare,
For the ultimate scare.
Not talking about Hallows Eve,
No.
Just you,
With your flesh and bones.
And all there is now,
is death and groans…
So run, scream, do as you will.
But let it be known,
He’ll come for the kill.
May you bid thee well,
Saying last farewells,
And your spirit be gone all away...
Dark as night.
