Thousands of people flock to the theaters
Christmas music plays loudly through speakers

Ice is a diamond on the lake
I think of all the snowmen I’ll make

Millions embark on their shopping trips
Slipping and sliding, they may slip

Adorning the streets is red and green
Look around, it’s all you can see

The stars smile down from up above
The night is as peaceful as a dove

Sun-soaked skyscrapers streaking thorough the sky
With all this cheery atmosphere, how could you ever cry?
