My mind is like an ocean
a splish splash of
miscellaneous problems
trapped inside,
behind prison bars.
pretending to be
someone I’m not.
Confined in a shell
of unhappiness.
Fakness washes away
my true identity

This poem was written to explain how on a daily basis it feels to feel trapped and unable to be yourself. pain suffocating every morsel of your body.
