He leans his head up and howls
A yearning call to his family.
The moon illuminates
His fur with a gentle gleam.
He digs his paws
Into the ground.
As a faint whimper
Is heard.
His legs became
small locomotives.
Carrying his body
With ease and stability.
Returning home
Breathing heavily.
The whimpers become clear.
New life
Had been created.
As he was now
A father.
