Hollow Until Tomorrow

Today washed away from all emotions,
Tomorrow is a the only thing left as a small notion,
Yesterday was our last motion,

Today I stand alone slowly let go with a small moan,
Tomorrow will be a blur of yesterday,
Yesterday I gazed deep into the depths of an unknown zone,

Today spring tulips sprout from a mound
Tomorrow white roses shed tears of blood,
Yesterday foliage burst into firey colours,

Today calla lilies surround an engraved stone,
Yesterday’s steps were misleading,
Tomorrow another is placed, shaded oak trees have paid their last loan,

Tomorrow I will rest next to his throne.
