Graduation (alliterative poem)
Gatherings of families wait patiently,
Ready with their cameras to capture their little girl graduate.
After MKV speaks, it's finally time.
Diplomas are handed out, one by one.
Unity of the class brings smiles to every face,
And we then realize this could be the last
Time we may ever as a class embrace.
It's hard to imagine where we'll all be in five years.
Once, little eighth grader doves, as innocent as can be.
Now, we're here, ready to fly away, still left with plenty to see.
