The Sunset

Bring Me the Sunset In A Cup…
Bring me the soft sand
And the salty burning seawater.
I need a towel for resting
And sweet lemonade to quench my thirst
Caused by the sun saying “goodbye”.
I’d love the glowing warmth,
The rubies floating on the sea’s surface,
Shining in my eyes.
Most importantly, bring yourself.
Without you, who would
I Share my lemonade with?
And who would clear
My mind more than the
Sound of the waves?
You help me through my fog
With your light.
You are my sunset.
