Fate On The Run
My life was all good, ready and done.
Started packing for a new one, traveled
many places for quite sometime, thought
that I'd never be the one to fall for awhile.
On the road for just a second, then came
the end of our lives. The light flashed right
before our eyes, cars crashed. Steel edges flew
all around, we were still inside. The feeling of
forgiveness can be made but sorrow still lies in
that grave.
Some came too help aide us, and that little girl who
stood and stare at the people who made that turn.
Here I lie awake , with my family at stake, injured
tonight on this very tragic day.
I remembered that moment when that car hit us, we
lost everything, our life turned into dust. We all survived
but our souls felt dead inside. Thinking what we could of
done to stop what fate has brought us.
