The Role
Nobody is truly who they say they are are. We are all just playing the role of the person we want to be, because we are all afraid to show our true selves incase we aren’t liked or loved. So, we go around pretending to be the person we think everyone is going to love and want to be around. After all that pretending we still have to go home and live with ourselves; the real us. Only we know who we are. We cant pretend to be someone we aren’t when it is just us. we stand in front of the mirror questioning ourselves, am i fine the way i am? should i stop pretending? do i need to pretend? is there something wrong with me? we are the only ones who can answer our questions, its our choice to decide whether or not we want to be ourselves or carrying playing this role we think is better...
