My Neighborhood
I look and I see evil,
abandon houses, cop cars & dead people
people robbing and killing
This does not give me a good feeling
My Neighborhood
The neighborhood used to be so nice
there were kids, parties and ice cream trucks
now its drug dealers, shooting and raid vans
I just wish it would stop
My Neighborhood
I look and I see prostitution
of all different ages; old, young you name it
Some are even undercover cops but no one knows
I wish everything could go back to normal
My Neighborhood
I’m often afraid to step outside
because of the shame and fear I feel inside
I sometimes cry and pray
That my family and I could live to see another day
My Neighborhood
