I Stare

I stare at the blank page,
Is it really my choice?
Can it truly be what I want it to?
I stare into your dark eyes,
All I see is empty.
Where did I go wrong?
I stare into the mirror, into my own empty eyes,
And I see the pain, the anguish,
What can I do?
I stare down the dark hallway,
At the closed door.
How can I move on?
