In the poem “Terrible Writer” by Logan P she uses simple diction to give a clear understanding of her poem. Logan also changed the structure by adding sentence breaks and shorting some of her lines. For example in line 1 she only uses 5 words “ I am a terrible writer.” Which would give you a good idea of what the poem is about without really giving the main point away. The structure of the poem itself is an actual example of her not being a good writer. She uses bad punctuation and incorrect grammar to give a visual example of her bad writing as well as explaining why she think she’s a terrible writer.
