We'll Always be the Children

No matter who you are,
or where you go,
we'll always be the children.
We'll be the pretenders,
and the explorers.
We'll always be the children.
We'll be the knights
and the wizards.
We'll always be the children.
We'll have the eyes
trained to never miss the dragons,
And our brains can still grasp
the concept of magic.
We'll be the believers
that still believe in
happily ever after.
We'll be the optimists,
and the dreamers.
We'll always be the children.
