Memories and Dreams
He is small and brown.
I remember how I dressed him down.
His name is Maxwell.
He makes me smile.
He was there when I was down.
My stuffed animal who would always make me smile.
Full of holes and dreams.
It’s been through so much.
My tears and drools.
Its rips and tears,
still laying there.
My blanket that held me tight.
Its red and black.
I remember the sounds it brings me back.
My hard work and dedication.
How much fun it really was.
My ticket of my first battle of the bands.
It’s hard and round.
The game I'll never forget.
I picked it off the ground.
Full of my hopes and dreams.
That baseball I will always hold.
