Some friends are old,
Some friends are new,
Some friends are bold,
And all friends are true
Some friends live next door,
Some friends live out of state,
Some friends give a whole lot more,
And someday one will be my date
I have friends in Northwood,
I have friends at church,
I have friends who are really good,
I have friends who fly away; and some who stay and perch
I like my friends at this school,
I’m glad I’m in ___ grade,
I want to be so very cool,
And learn with the friends I have made
