Birth and rose in the streets of Oakland

In a college down the streets from there home

Bad intentions turned out great for US

Because they made something indescribable even

The good they did the strength they had

Our biggest power is to unite

The black panthers showed us that

So how do we unite together to get Merit back

To get were we originated

Get our activist back in the streets

Because that’s why they took it away from us

They were scared blacks were moving up

Starting programs feeding the kids

Making demands

“We want freedom, Education, housing and tried by our people”

Were just a few

What can we do to make there dream come true

Because I may be the only one but I will die for this cause

And a few already went down at the hands of cops and fbi

Don’t make there lives meaningless

Bobby Hutton died for you for us

At the hand of a cop 1900 rounds were shot

One naked and one striped down

No weapons

But only one walked out with there lives.
