so ugly, upsetting.
morphing people into new beings
so strong it can change the values of those who claimed to be steady,
and continuing to consume the weakest.
swallowing them whole.
one
by
one
bitter tasting like a lemonade missing the sugar
this thing, this emotion, this feeling is
useless.
useless like a used napkin
like the odor of pure acetone, burning your nose, yet this,
this burns you from the inside out.
starting with your spirit.
bringing you down, wrecking you.
cringing at the feeling of claws grasping your spine.
slowly moving to your physical body.
self harm, tearing your limbs off one by one.
your skin stretching and pulling in angles you didn't think possible
hate
making you question yourself
wondering if it's you, who is the wrong one
yet this word, this puzzle of insignificant figures fit together almost perfectly,
which makes no sense because this jumble of letters creating a word so unmeaningnful,
ends up having so much power in our lives.
but maybe,
just maybe these four letters were lost.
maybe they were leftovers, overflows.
maybe they wandered, trying to find a place or something they could belong to.
maybe having no where to go caused them to make their own puzzle.
their own jumble of chaos that would cause them to stand alone.
isolated.
forever hated.
