The Sea of Lights

When you are on top of a mountain
In the cold dark night.
That is the time where you view
The sea of lights.
The electric waves
The skyscraping sailboats
Do not jump in
For you will not float
The steel fish swimming beneath
If you look closely
You can see those fish
in there concrete reef.
The metal seagulls
Soaring Above
For they can be as loud as a crow
Or as gentle as a dove.
So when you’re on a mountain
In the cold dark night
That is when you view
The Sea of Lights.
