One comes with the Other

September 12, 2013

The pain of another day
Meets with the joy of a new beginning
Gold satin together with
Black cloth
The good
And the bad
Mixed with one another
The perfect match
The sun goes with the storm
Like sadness goes with joy
And unexpected pair
But perfectly surprising
Water hits fire
Color me blue
Color me red
Like a puzzle coming together
Free and chained
Never one with out
The other
If I'm lost
You're found
The serene silence
Is the loudest sound
The blind man
Sees the best
So if I am me
And you are you
We are meant to be

I think my poetry comes from the place on my heart where everything that doesn't make sense merges.
