"Just a kid" a powerful phrase

spoken to feel superior

to those that adults feel inferior.

The kids looked down upon

supposedly filled with naitivity and ignorance.

The news to you is all are filled with ignorance.

Only those that refuse to accept or find their limits satisfy their hunger with naitivity.

A kid is a truly blessed concept

Filled with such ignorance to not know their limits

Filled with a hope to reach not for the stars, but the reason behind them.

Shot down before given their chance.

Their wings clipped while trying to spread them by the phrase "grow up"

Expected to achieve greatness when the world destroys its luster.

The Future of the World, but no one sees it

it takes a kid to open the closed eyes of the "superior".

Let a kid keep his wings and spread them

Maybe one day those wings will find a place without thought, maybe they'll call it the mind

Creativity destroyed because of no solid career, no hope for a future

Maybe that's why the world is dull, thought is condemned like a dark cloud.

That dark cloud has the bright side on top soaring above the adults that grew up.

Just a kid? Well the person who wrote this, was Just a Kid.

The fact that kids are constantly put down as not being sophisticated enough or too naive to be considered capable of understanding certain situations or understanding history
