Why I ran

People say that no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.
People also say not to fall in love,
because everything that falls,
breaks.
So when love called my name,
I ran.
Because I decided I'd rather fall off of a cliff instead of in love.
Because at least the water will catch me and the fall will hurt much less.
