water: him MAG
she penned people
 into metaphors,
 because his name
 meant water,
 and he was –

 stuck in a cycle
 and deep like the sea,
 with waves of
 emotions you could
 get swept away in
 if you weren't careful,
 dangerous –

 to a point you could
 drown in those
 ocean eyes and
 waterfall voice,
 but mostly,
 just crucial
 to living,
 because without him –

 I couldn't.
