I am just a sinner saved by grace-Rich Devous

Two paths all but same,
I can not think of which one to claim
Like doors, but both have different designs
Do I stay where I am, or leave it all behind?
The endless choice can still remain
but it can never drain.

The path that I have taken for 13 years of my life begins to break
while the ground beneath me starts to shake.
Two paths start to emerge
and both I want to walk on with a urge.

I see on the left, my freinds wh don't have a care
Who never really take the time to share,
The ones who have explored some things,
even some of the most mindless of things,
The road is cracked, and broken
and its the one with a big or small token.

Then to my right I see the people with great minds
Those who never want me to rewind.
The ones who can appreciate,
and the ones who can negotiant.
But the road looks so filthy and dusty,
and also appears to be rusty.

Both so tempting, both so promising,
at first I think they both can be so pleasing
I have never been so confused,
I don't know which to refuse,
until the one on the left gives me a dirty glance
then I knew I should never take the chance.

I look to the left one last time,
and know that my choice is not a crime.

I walk on the right road with my friends and glee,
and know that it's better than a dream.

They can make me laugh and can understand my sorrow
