Lost In Feelings
Is it truly forgiveness?
How can you call it that if
her poems can only be about him?
She should be writing about heartbreak,
back stabbing friends, or just the joys of life.
But no she sits and can only focus on the past.
The question is did she really forgive him
or is she just making herself believe that
because he is her father?
So don't question her anger or
just the way she talks to people
when she feels enough is enough.
She has very right to be anger,
or does she really?
MAD is what they all call her,
but she could care less.
Deep down she has a thousand questions,
but how can you ask without hurting.
So one day she finally says skip it,
and just ask.
When the time come she doesn't have the heart
to bring his wrongs back in his face.
Forgive, its fine to make herself believe it
so she really doesn't have to see the man her father really is.
Open your eyes and remember this is your best friend and
your father, you only get one of those.
No weakness, tears, or fear allowed.
Keep that in your mind,
people like that get no where in life he says.
So yes there is anger and there is nothing
you or anybody else can do about it.
Till then stay far away because her words will make
you think twice about yourself and may even start to hurt you.
No she doesn't need or want any sympathy.
She doesn't even need you to understand her.
All you need to know that she is no one weak,
or no one to try to walk on.
A fighter is what she is.
Undefined is her story.
Lost is her feelings.
