True Leaders
True leaders are made.
They are not born,
and their position is a gift,
given to then by others.
They are thrust into that role;
not because they crave it;
for their hearts are already there
.
Some will search for eternity
in an attempt to lead,
only to walk in infinite circles.
Force is their weakness.
It weakens them the most,
because others know they crave it
and end up ensuring their failure.
True leaders are made
and are born with natural traits,
that promise treasured leadership
only if they choose to try.
Others are always first,
and they have mastered patience.
People know the importance of promise.
