Peut-être que vous êtes endormi.
And the darkest hour of the night, I lay here and think of you
I wonder if you're laying there as well
Maybe you're asleep
Perhaps you're asleep with your eyes shut peacefully
Your slow breaths through your precious nose
Perhaps you're asleep with your mouth slightly open only to show the bottom of two front teeth, and darkness
But your soft lips bring light to that
Perhaps you're asleep with one hand above your head, while the other's on your side
Your knees are bent and your legs are entwined
Perhaps your whole body is peaceful and asleep
But your mind isn't
Your mind is wide awake like mine is in my dark room
Your mind is constantly imagining things you think about throughout your days and even stuff that you've never thought of before
Your mind is showing real and fake
All you see is black and white but your mind still gives you the colors
If I were to sleep, too, I would dream nothing but of you
Perhaps you're asleep dreaming the same dream I have tonight about you
Perhaps you're dreaming of me, too
Maybe you're asleep
