Moments
I can feel you looking at me.
I can sense it
Out of the corner of my eye.
But I don’t turn to meet you,
For it would ruin the moment.
I treasure the moments,
Long for,
Strive for,
Cherish the moments.
The moments when I can feel your love
Beating on me like a ray of light,
Warming my body.
I wait until I can feel your love
Envelop me completely.
Then I steal a glance.
Our eyes meet and I am enraptured
In you and only you.
Afraid to look away
Afraid to lose this moment
I thrive off of these moments,
Remember,
Recall,
Indulge in these moments,
Where I can feel your love wash over me.
Can you feel my love too?
