A big question
A big answer
So many people to upset

So I run,
Run away from my fear
But all is stopped to fall down...
Where everything is curiouser and curiouser

Disappearing is not an act,
The tea is taken with a lot of sugar,
And giant beasts are kept as pets.

Large hats are common,
Waist coats are very appropriate,
And size doesn't matter.

Heads to come off,
Brass to be slain,
And roses will be painted red.

A champion to step forward,
People to protect,
And a kingdom to re-own.

The wrong Alice
The right alive
Which is which?

Being told who I am or am not,
What I will or will not do,
And what I'm capable of and what I'm not.

Choices to make,
People to disappoint,
Everything to be done for nothing.
Isn't this where I started off?

Falling down into my own world was to think,
To be able to overcome this,
To be able to chose what I want,
And think for myself.

Decision to make,
Yet such little time
Before the frabges day
When all hell breaks lose

A choice made,
A slain beast,
A reunited world,
And a way to get home.

Home to answer the big question,
Upset so many people,
And love my life
In his footsteps...

My favorite movie of all time has to be Alice in Wonderland. It's been my favorite from the original as a child and the newer version today. This poem was inspired by a combination of both. I hope you all like it!
