Daddy's Little Girl

He tucked me in,
sang me a lullaby.
Once he left the room,
I started to cry.
I was only a little girl.
He didn't know I was hurt.
I couldn't tell him,
I couldn't see the pain it would bring,
knowing that it was his son who hurts me.

He doesn't tuck me in at night.
He doesn't sing me a lullaby.
He blames himself, it's easy to see.
He hates that he didn't save me.
He couldn't of, he didn't know.
I didn't want to show.
The pain, the misery his little girl was living.
