Panic

I become sick to my stomach
Shaky legs,
Sweating palms slipping the grip of my pencil
I know this!
I studied this yesterday!
Time is ticking
20 minutes left but it feels like 5
I start to panic
I feel like running out of this room
My eyes become watery
I start breathing faster
My heart races
I just want this test to be over
Now I don't care if I fail
Just let this feeling stop!
But then I remember what she said
"The test does not control you, take a deep breath and relax"
