I should write down these words down these words before I lose them
Or write a song just to use them
Someday you may want to know who I am

Beyond this façade
It's on my hand
Know that I am a writer
But these poems are true.
They hold no secrets
I am what I am thanks to you
The greatest unknown artist.
Is the seed in your garden,
The place where we are still pondering, growing

Where I am not a lair
I am a writer.
I’m not wasting my life away.
I am a writer.
This is what keeps me ‘sane.

These hands can write down inspiration

But don’t hide me from my pages.
I’m the book that isn’t finished.
The binding that still needs stiches.
The ocean that is still billowing.
The spark that creativity.

I am a writer.
I’m not wasting my life away.
I am a writer.
I’m just trying to find my way.

With loneliness next to me
My fear is a mystery.
No one hears my silent cries at night.
I’m counting the headlights,
As cars pass me by.

I am a writer.
I’m not wasting my life away.
I am a writer.
You should remember my name.

I should write down these words before I lose them,
Or write down a song just to use them.
