Don't let the shadow of today consume the souls bound for tomorrow. ~ Government issued billboard from Shaded, an upcoming idea currently being written by me

To really capture your form,
Shall I compare thee then to a winter's morn?

Palms soft as glaciers
And arms wrapped in sheaves
I still get capsized

By a heart that burns my passion
Yet calmer than a winter's eve.

Blinded as if by snow
A smile that makes all swoon
Peering down from a majestic cloud

Watching, creating, perceiving
Lighter than a winter's noon.

Stronger than a snow-capped
Mountain, yet hanging on belay
Staying pure and perfect

Resting flat as white
Brighter than a winter's day.

Deep eyes cascading
Beauty in a new light
Breaking down my walls

To capture my heart and soul
Clearer than a winter's night.

Although one may choose to deny,
Your beauty, life, love collective.
Always remember what you are-

Beyond the eyes of all nature now borne,

More perfect than the winter's morn.

I like your rhyme scheme and word choice! Sometimes poetry makes me think of a color, and this one makes me think a deep, beautiful midnight blue, probably because of the reference to winter. Nice job. I'd appreciate it if someone as talented as you could check out some of my work and rate/comment. I will definitely check out your other three poems!
